Yesterday was the first day of an 8 week boot camp I am doing at work. We have a personal trainer that comes in the morning and drills us through an hour of intense exercises. I am doing this to get my core strength up and to shed a few pounds that I am hanging onto. Its going to be tuff but in the long run it will help my surfing and get me in better shape for the winter season. Wish me luck...I'm going to need it.
