Christmas Came Early This Year

So every year I like to get a new board (sometimes two). I normally do it for Xmas or my birthday and call it my gift to myself. But when I saw this beauty marked down to $275 at a discount sale I couldn't pass it up. So I decided I have been a good little boy this year and Christmas was going to come a little early this year. I have not had a quad like this in almost two years. And I am so stoked on it that I made this short little video to show you some of its best qualities. Hope you enjoy the video as much as I enjoy surfing my new magic carpet!!!

Opening Day at Mavs.

So this came into the office today.

Its Shane's board from opening day at Mavericks. Famous Nor Cal big wave spot.

Here's what the wave looks like from the shore.

Now I like big waves as much as the next guy. But when a wave can break a board as thick as my hand . I think I will just watch from the channel.

The Heat Is On

Ok so its November right well it doesn't seem like it. And let me tell you why...

It's 100 degrees outside.

So what do you do. Well if your me you take a long lunch and go for a surf. And it makes it even easier to do when the swell looks like this.

and when the swell sticks around all week and the weather stays warm what else would happen but take friday off and spend it all day here
